How to make
Clean and remove the bonito heads. Put 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of water, oil and salt to taste to boil. Add the chopped carrots, celery and peppercorns.
After a little while, put the bonitos in. Simmer them for 30 minutes, then remove from the heat and allow them to cool.
Serve each bonito soaked with lemon juice and a side of vegetables. Garnish it with lemon slices.
