Pour in the 1st cup of milk, mix and then transfer it into a greased tray. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese, arrange sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle them with the salt and black pepper.
Create a topping from the beaten eggs, the remaining milk and the finely chopped parsley, pour it over the dish and bake in a moderate oven.
Serve the moussaka with yoghurt.
