How to make
An amazing cake with icing, that smells wonderful.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and powdered sugar. The other products are added and a cake mixture is obtained. Pour it into a baking dish with a non-stick coating.
The apple is peeled and cut into crescents. Arrange the apple slices in a circle on top of the mixture and the sliced banana inside of that circle.
Bake the apple cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 40 minutes.
When it cools down, prepare the glaze by mixing the necessary ingredients over low heat. Stir until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Pour it over the fruit cake and leave it for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Then you can safely enjoy this delicious creation. An unforgettable glazed fruit cake!
