Ingredients

  • chicken hearts - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • soy sauce - 1/2 cup
  • honey - 2 tsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 cup
  • savory herb - 1 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • butter - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Clean the chicken hearts, wash them well and strain them.

Put them in boiling water for 20 minutes. Then rinse them again and strain them.

While they are boiling, prepare their marinade.

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic cloves and honey. Mix everything well and season with savory herb and paprika. Mix all of the products very well.

Add the boiled chicken hearts into the bowl with the marinade. Stir and leave them for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Then place a pan on medium heat.

Add a little butter and stew the mainated chicken hearts along with the marinade for half an hour or until they're ready.
