How to make
Boil the chicken hearts for 30 minutes in salted water, by adding the bay leaf to the water.
While they are boiling, peel and cut the onion into crescents.
When they are ready, strain them.
Heat oil or butter in a pan and stew the onion. Also add the hearts.
From the puree, make a light porridge with water and add almost at the end. Season with salt and it's ready.
You can serve the beer appetizer with potatoes or rice.
