How to make
Peel the onion, garlic and carrot, finely chop them and place them in a pan with heated fat to fry.
Add the turmeric, stir, then add the washed rice.
After frying, transfer the rice into a baking pan, season it with salt and a pinch of paprika.
Add three tea cups of water and put the rice in the oven to bake at 390°F (200 degrees) until it's done.
The Oven-Baked Yellow Rice is ready.
