How to make
Mix the flour and spices with some water. Roll the meat pieces in the resulting mixture. Arrange them in tray and sprinkle them with oil.
Add 2 cups of water and cover the tray with foil. Bake for 2 hours in a moderately preheated oven, and put the sliced mushrooms in 30 minutes before turning off the heat.
For a nice crisp, bake without the foil for another 5 minutes. Suitable sides include mashed potatoes, baked or steamed rice, steamed vegetables.
