Ingredients

  • bolete mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • lamb - 14 oz (400 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • rice - 1 handful
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • yolks - 2 pcs. (for thickener)
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • oil
  • salt

How to make

Add salt to the lamb and pour water over it in a pot, boil it until it's fully cooked. Take out the meat and chop it into small pieces, suitable for a soup.

Finely chop the onions and carrots, then stew them in hot oil. Add the chopped mushrooms and pour the broth over them.

Once the vegetables have softened, add the rice. Boil it until it is fully cooked and only then add the peeled and chopped tomatoes.

Place the meat back into the soup and boil it for another 3-4 minutes.

Season the lamb soup with salt and black pepper.

Beat the yolks and dilute them with 3/4 cup (150 ml) of water. Pour a ladle from the soup into the yolks, stir and pour the thickener into the soup.

Sprinkle the soup with chopped fresh parsley.

The lamb soup with mushrooms and rice is ready.
