Ingredients

  • lamb ribs - about 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • rice - 7 oz (200 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • spring onions - 2 - 3 stalks
  • dock - 1 bunch
  • pepper - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • spices - of choice

How to make

Boil the lamb ribs in salted water. Then roast them in the oven, add the two types of onion, the carrot and the pepper to them.

After they are slightly cooked, add the mushrooms, dock and tomato. Add spices of choice and the rice.

Pour water (about 600 ml) and leave the dish in the oven at 390°F (200°C), about 40 minutes or until done.

Sprinkle the oven-baked rice with chopped parsley.

The lamb ribs with rice, mushrooms and dock are very tasty.
