How to make
Prepare the lamb ribs by scraping off the meat to the bone on one side. Smear them well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Combine the parsley, onion, garlic, rosemary, breadcrumbs and half of the melted butter and mix. Heat the rest of the butter in a pan and fry the lamb ribs in it evenly.
Transfer them to a baking dish and pour the aromatic butter over them with the spices. Put the ribs to bake in a preheated 450°F (230 °C) oven for 15-20 minutes.
