Ingredients

  • lentils - 2 cups
  • potatoes - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • savory herb
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • flour - for breading
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Boil the lentils along with potatoes and carrots until they soften.

Strain and mash them with a fork.

Add the egg and breadcrumbs.

Season with salt, savory herb and black pepper and mix until a smooth mixture is obtained.
