Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 cups
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/4 cup
  • jam - 1 small jar with pieces of fruit (strawberries, plums, blueberries, cherries)

How to make

Beat the the eggs. Add the sugar. Sift the flour and mix it with the soda. Add them to the beaten eggs.

Pour the oil and water into the mixture. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained - sponge cake batter. Pour the jam and stir again.

The mixture is distributed into silicone muffin tins. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 25 minutes.
