Leave the eggs at room temperature for 1 hour.
They are beaten along with the sugar and rose jam is added.
The oil is poured in a thin stream while constantly stirring.
The flour is mixed with the soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
Sieve and gradually add to the mixture.
If necessary, dilute the muffin mix with a little lukewarm water.
Place in greased silicone molds and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
