How to make
The egg whites are separated from the yolks and beaten with a mixer.
In another bowl, mix the yolks with parmesan, husk and baking powder.
Scoop the egg mixture with a spoon and little by little add the whole mixture to the yolk. Mix it well.
The oven is heated to 340°F (170 degrees) and baking paper is placed in a tray.
Scoop the mixture with a spoon and pour them at a distance from each other.
Bake the keto bread for about 20 minutes or until the edges start to turn aquire a pleasant color.
Remove the cloud bread, peel them off the paper and place them on a wire rack to cool.
If the cloudy keto bread do not peel off easily, wait a while and try again.
