How to make
From the night before, soak the chickpeas (if we want it to become softer, you can boil it). Put it in a blender and add a little water.
Add tahini, garlic, olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. Season with salt, paprika and as much black pepper as you like.
Turn on the blender until you get a smooth consistency.
Also soak the dried tomatoes briefly in water, cut them into pieces and also add them to the hummus. Blend everything well again.
The hummus with dried tomatoes is ready.
