  • pitted black olives - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dried tomatoes - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • olive oil - a little
  • capers - 1 tbsp. (small)
  • garlic - 2 cloves

How to make

Liquidize all of the products or blend them with a blender. To obtain a homogeneous mixture, you can add different amounts of olive oil depending on the types of products you use.

For example, I always use pre-marinated dried olives in olive oil for more flavor.

The pate becomes very fragrant if you add fresh thyme and/or oregano.

This pate is extremely suitable to spread on slices of bread.
