How to make
Soak the dried tomatoes in water and leave them to swell. Then strain them and cut them into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them briefly in heated oil. Then add the bulgur and fry everything for 2-3 minutes.
Add green beans and water (about 2.5 - 3 cups). Then add the tomatoes and the green spice.
Leave the dish to cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. When it is ready, add the sliced olives.
The bulgur with dried tomatoes is ready.
