How to make
Make small cuts on the surface of the eggplants. Peel the garlic and spike the eggplants with the garlic cloves.
Put a sprig of rosemary in the same incisions. Put the eggplants in an oven dish, sprinkle with plenty of salt, black pepper and pour on the oil.
Bake in a preheated oven until the eggplants are tender.
