Ingredients

  • sheep milk cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • processed cheese - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • parsley - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • olive oil - for sprinkling
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Boil the potatoes.

Grate the zucchini on a large grater, season them with salt and let them drain from the water.

Mash the already cooked potatoes along with the cheese and mix them with the eggs, breadcrumbs, grated drained zucchini, finely chopped parsley leaves and crushed garlic cloves.

Mix all of the products well and with the help of a spoon pour the mixture into a large baking pan onto baking paper.

Place the vegetable patties in a preheated oven at 370°F (190°C) until they're ready, before which you can lightly pour olive oil over them.

The baked zucchini and potato patties are very tasty.
