Ingredients

  • spinach - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • salt - 2/3 tsp (3 g)
  • flour - 1 2/3 tsp (8 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • oil - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 ml)

How to make

Wash and clean the spinach well. Put it in the boiling water, drain and cut it into small pieces.

Add the boiled, peeled and grated potatoes, the finely chopped parsley, add 3 eggs. Stir the mix and make patties. Roll them in flour and breadcrumbs, then dip them in beaten eggs and fry in preheated oil.
