How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Peel and mash them with a fork.
Add cumin, parsley, pepper and salt. then mix well. To make round patties, roll them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, then place in a greased baking dish.
Bake at 390°F (200°C). Serve warm with garlic sauce, made from the mixed yoghurt, crushed garlic and finely chopped dill.
