How to make
Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them in a large deep pot. Add the egg, pre-sauteed mushrooms, onion, feta cheese, parsley, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and the spices. Mix it all well.
Shape small potato balls and after each, dip your hands in cold water. Arrange them in a baking dish and leave them there for 10-15 minutes. Then roll each of the balls in flour and shape them.
Put them back in the greased dish and bake until they catch a brown crust.
