How to make
Peel the sweet potatoes and onions. Grate them, put them in a kitchen towel, wrap them and squeeze out the excess liquid.
Transfer them into a large bowl, add salt, black pepper, flour and the beaten eggs. Stir well. Shape the sweet potato patties.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
Fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side until they aquire a golden brown color.
Transfer them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess fat.
Serve the sweet potato patties with a garnish of your choice.
