Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes. Once cool, peel and grate them. Then add 1 egg, the feta cheese and savory.
Mix so the egg and feta cheese combine nicely. Shape patties, mixing in the other egg and crumb them in egg-flour-egg, in that order.
Ensure there is crumbing everywhere on the patties so they do not break apart. Fry in butter until they get a golden crust.
