Clean the chicken and portion it. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat evenly with the chopped into thin slices onions. Add salt and paprika, then add the grated tomatoes.
Once the tomatoes’ juice boils off, top up with some hot water, add the peppercorns, savory and chopped chili peppers as desired. Let the meat simmer on medium heat, adding water 2-3 times.
When the meat is almost done, thicken the sauce with the diluted flour. Boil the dish until it remains mostly in oil and serve it with freshly chopped parsley.
