How to make
In a deep bowl, pour the spelt flour and the wholemeal flour. Add the egg, Himalayan salt and sunflower oil. Sprinkle the soda and pour the vinegar over it to activate it - and it has a very sudden reaction.
Mix them and gradually start pouring a little water and knead until you get a soft non-stick dough.
Roll it out thinly and cut into 0.2″ (5 mm) wide thin strips. Grab two strips, lightly press both ends, in order to join them and twist them.
Arrange the twisted crackers in a baking pan, which has been greased with sunflower oil in advance. Bake them for about 10-12 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
