Ingredients

  • quinoa - 1 cup
  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g)
  • spring onions - 3 stalks
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • nori seaweed - 1 sheet
  • oil
  • salt
  • turmeric powder - 1 1/2 tsp.
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp.
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp.
  • vegetable broth - 1 cube

How to make

The quinoa is washed. The spinach is washed and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

In hot oil along with 1/2 tsp. of salt, fry the onions and garlic. Then add the quinoa and mix everything well. Pour 4 cups of water and boil the water.

When this happens, add the remaining spices without parsley, the cube of broth and more salt (according to your taste). Add the spinach and reduce the heat.

After most of the water has evaporated, add the finely chopped nori.

Once all of the water has evaporated, remove the pot from the heat, add the finely chopped parsley and stir the pilaf.
