How to make
Clean the onion and the pepper and cut them. Finely chop the onion and the pepper into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan on the stove at a moderate temperature.
Fry the onions for pilaf for about 2 minutes and add the rice and red pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes, by stirring.
Add the cumin, hot sauce and broth. Leave it to boil.
Reduce the heat, cover and cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked.
The spicy lean pilaf with cumin is ready.
