  • carrots - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • parsley - 5 bunches
  • cumin - 2 tsp
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Wash the carrots, peel them, place them in a pot of boiling water and boil 5 min. on low heat. Drain.

Arrange the carrots in a large tray, sprinkle with the olive oil, cumin and salt.

Bake 25 min. at 390°F (200 °C). Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
