How to make
Boil the macaroni in salted water for 10-15 minutes and turn off the stove.
During this time, grind the olives, mushrooms, garlic and onion in a blender or similar machine. They don't need to be completely blended.
Crush the tofu in a bowl and add this mixture. Add the tomato puree, a little oil and spices and stir.
Strain the pasta, mix it with a little oil, if you need more salt, put them in a baking pan and pour the mixture on top.
Stir it and place it in the oven.
Bake the oven-baked macaroni on the lower and upper resistor wire for about 25 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees).
The oven-baked savory macaroni with tofu is ready.
