How to make

The washed zucchini is grated on a coarse grater, sprinkled with salt and after 10 minutes it is strained slightly from the water.

The green pepper is cleaned from its seeds and cut into thin strips and the dill and garlic cloves are finely chopped.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork until they foam up.

Mix them with the drained zucchini, dill, flour, strips of green pepper, grated cheese, crumbled white cheese and season with salt and black pepper.

Stir the mixture, which is then poured into a baking pan greased with oil with a diameter of 9.4″ (24 cm). You can use baking paper as well, but I've run out. Place it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) and bake it until it aquires a golden brown color or until it's fully baked.

Take out the gratin to cool, transfer it into a large plate and cut the gratin with zucchini like a cake into pieces.

You can serve the lazy zucchini gratin with yogurt, garlic, dill and parsley.

Qucik and tasty!
