How to make
Slice the zucchini into coins. Grease a rectangular baking tray with olive oil and arrange a layer of zucchini.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and crumbled feta cheese. Keep assembling your gratin with layers of zucchini, breadcrumbs and cheese.
Whisk the eggs, milk and flour and add the chopped dill and a little garlic powder. Season with salt and black pepper. Pour the mix over the zucchini.
Add a tsp of garlic powder on top. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the surface turns golden brown.
Remove from the oven and add the grated yellow cheese on top. Bake again for approximately 10 minutes.
