How to make
Cut half an onion into large pieces and place it in a blender. Add the fish caviar. Add a quarter teaspoon of salt.
Cut the crusts from the slices of bread and soak them in a bowl of warm water. Drain the bread and add it to the blender. Squeeze the lemon juice.
Start blending the mixture by gradually adding oil in a thin stream. Add fat until the caviar is smooth and fluffy.
Serve the tarama caviar in a bowl garnished with fresh dill and olives.
Finish it off with a few drops of olive oil.
