How to make
The bell peppers are washed, cleaned from their stems and seeds and are then arranged in a suitable tray for roasting.
Add one teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of oil, one tablespoon of vinegar in each bell pepper. The bell peppers are roasted in an oven at 430°F (220 degrees).
After they have been roasted and while they're still hot, fill the jars with them and in the process of arranging them, add finely chopped parsley and chopped garlic cloves. One aspirin is placed in each jar.
The jars are sealed and turned upside down.
The jarred roasted bell peppers are ready.
