How to make
Roast the peppers in a pepper roaster or on a grill pan.
Fill the jar with the peppers close to each other.
Sprinkle with salt and sugar.
Add oil and vinegar until the jar is full.
Put a sprig of dill on top.
The roasted peppers in jars are best if the dill has has seeds - it gives off a very strong aroma.
Close the jar and turn it upside down to dissolve the sugar and salt.
The next day, the most delicious roasted peppers are ready to eat.
