How to make
Sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar into a bowl.
Add the coconut oil and egg and mix. Then add the warm milk, optionally with coffee and mix again.
Pour the mixture into muffin tins. Don't worry if the mixture is too runny, it should be.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), with the top and bottom resistor wire on, until when a toothpick is inserted into the cupcakes, it comes out completely dry.
Leave the muffins to cool.
Melt the chocolate and cream in a water bath, until a mixture of thick texture is obtained.
After the muffins have cooled, spread them with the ganache.
The most delicious chocolate cupcakes are a delight for the eyes and the palate.
