How to make
Spinach is cleaned and placed in a pot of boiling water for about 1-2 minutes.
Remove and cool with cold water. Drain well, chop and add yogurt and eggs to it.
Mix well and add the flour sifted with baking powder. The mixture is salted and spread in a 9x13″ (24x34 cm) pan lined with baking paper.
Bake the spinach base at 360°F (180 °C) for 25 minutes.
Leave to cool.
During this time, the filling for the spinach roll is prepared. Mix all the products without the eggs. Mix and then grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
Remove the baking paper from the the spinach base and spread the cheese mixture on it.
Wrap and leave the most delicious spinach roll in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours
