How to make
Add half a head of chopped onion, the pre-cooked rice, salt, black pepper and savory herb to the minced meat.
Knead well, then divide and shape the mixture into medium-sized balls.
In a pot, fry the other half of the onion together with the grated carrot.
After they soften, add 2 cups of water. When it boils, put the meatballs rolled in flour and cook them for 20 minutes.
Take the meatballs out of the water and slowly add the sauce mixture, let it boil for 6 minutes, sprinkle with black pepper and put the meatballs back in for another minute or two.
Finally, sprinkle the delicious meatball fricassee with parsley.
Our oven-baked meatballs are no less delicious.
