How to make
You've probably tried pumpkin jam and some kind of orange jam, but you've probably never combined them. And this is more than a great idea!
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, add sugar and leave it for about 2-3 hours.
Put the pot on the stove and once it boils, cook for 20 minutes, then let it cool completely.
Cut the lemon into pieces. Grate the peel of the orange, peel it and cut it into pieces.
Put the lemon, orange and grated ginger in the pot.
Put the mixture on the stove and once it reaches a boiling point, cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
During this time, soak the gelatin in a bowl with a little water (3-4 tbsp.) for about 10 minutes.
Then add 3-4 tbsp. syrup to the gelatin and mix.
Remove the jam from the heat and add the dissolved gelatin.
Stir and pour the jam into jars.
The most delicious pumpkin jam is ready. You can combine it with fluffy buhti, homemade French toast, pancakes and what not!
