Ingredients

  • milk - 5 cups (1 liter)
  • cornstarch - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • vanilla

  • strawberries and raspberries - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • cornstarch - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Put the frozen or fresh fruits in a small pot and add 3 tbsp. of sugar to them.

Store them in the refrigerator. Put the starch, flour, sugar and milk in a deep pot.

Stir well and place the pot on the stove over medium heat. Stir until it thickens well.

When the sumptuous pudding is ready, pull the pot aside and add the butter and vanilla.

Fill the bowls, that you have prepared for the pudding, leaving a finger or two empty space at the top for the fruit sauce.

Put the pot with the strawberries and raspberries and sugar on the stove and stir. Add the starch dissolved with a little water and continue to stir.

As it thickens, remove it gentily from the heat. Mash the fruit well and pour them over the cream.

Optionally, you can decorate your favorite fruit pudding with nuts and fresh mint leaves.
