How to make
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and grease the baking tray in advance.
In a bowl, mix the flour, the shavings and butter. Stir and pour the mixture into the tray. Press it down well and tightly. Refrigerate it.
Grab another bowl and add the cream cheese, cream, stevia and vanilla.
Mix well, using a mixer.
Then add the eggs one by one. Then pour the filling into the mold.
Put the mold in a large pan, which is halfway filled with water and bake it for about an hour.
Then take it out of the oven, give it time to cool.
Cut the fruit and boil them in a little water.
Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions and add it to them. Stir well.
Pour the fruit over the cheesecake and refrigerate it for at least 3 hours.
