How to make
The quinoa is washed and boiled in water and one glass of coconut milk, until its grains crack.
All of the other products are grinded in a blender. Add them to the already cooked quinoa.
Stir and leave it simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
Distribute it into bowls and refrigerate them. If desired, you can add a lump of butter while the sutlaç is hot.
The strawberry quinoa and coconut milk sutlaç is ready.
