How to make
First, prepare the oat milk by soaking 3 tbsp. of fine oats in 1/2 cup of filtered water for 15-20 minutes.
After the specified time, pour the mixture into the small jug of the nutribullet and blend for about half a minute with breaks.
Strain the oat milk and return it to the jug of the device. Add 1-2 strawberries and blend again, until a soft pink milk with foam is obtained.
Add 3 tbsp. of chia and 3 tbsp. of homemade dandelion honey to it. Mix the ingredients and let the chia absorb the milk in a cool place for 1-2 hours.
Once the fluffy strawberry pudding has thickened, it's time to build the cup. Pour about 3 tbsp. at the bottom, then we arrange 4-5 strawberries on the glass (as many as the cup can fit along the circumference), cut in half lengthwise.
Fill the glass with the remaining milky chia and decorate with a sprig of mint and strawberries on top.
