"Now this is a classic a la minute - quick, tasty and as an added bonus - highly caloric."

Ingredients

  • couscous - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • peppers - 4 - 5, roasted and peeled
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • tomatoes - 1
  • eggs - 2
  • salt
  • olive oil - 5 - 6 tablespoons, or regular oil
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 3 - 4 sprigs

How to make

Put the couscous to boil according to package directions, drain and transfer it to a tray. Cut the peppers into small pieces and add them to the couscous.

Then add the crumbled feta cheese, chopped and peeled tomatoes, beaten eggs and spices. Sprinkle with olive oil and add a glass of water.

Stir and bake at 360°F (180 °C) until golden brown. These products are good for 4 servings.
