How to make
Cut the carrots into strips, the green beans in half, the celery into cubes, the peppers into strips, the onion in half. Boil the vinegar, sugar, oil and chili pepper, salt them and put the carrots in. Boil covered, for 4-5 minutes.
Add the remaining vegetables, and boil for another 15 minutes. Allow it to cool in the pot and then distribute it into jars.
Close and sterilize for 10 minutes and consume in about a month. It doubles as a complete meal and a seasoning for soups, sauces and more.
