How to make
Heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic and pepper. Then add tomatoes.
Mash together the vinegar, soy sauce, corn flour, brown sugar and canned pineapple juice.
Add water to obtain 10 fl oz (300 ml) of liquid. Pour it in the tomato mixture. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir occasionally.
Cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the pineapple and add it in the sauce.
