Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • sour cream - 1/2 cup
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • mint - 2 tbsp.
  • dried basil - 1 tbsp.
  • eggs - 2 pcs. (hard boiled)

How to make

Boil the potatoes in salted and boiling water for 15-20 minutes or until they soften.

Strain, peel and cut them into thin circles. Pour the sour cream over them.

Sprinkle them with garlic, salt and spices and arrange the eggs on top.

Bake the potatoes for about 20-25 minutes or until they aquire a golden color.
