Ingredients

  • potatoes - 6 - 7
  • zucchini - 1 - 2
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • cream - 1 cup
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika

How to make

Peel the potatoes and zucchini and cut them into discs. Crush the garlic and mix it with the cheese, breadcrumbs and paprika. Grease a baking dish and arrange a part of the potatoes and zucchini.

Sprinkle the top with the cheese mixture, season with salt and black pepper. Repeat until out of products. At the very top, pour on the rest of the cheese mixture, add the butter and cream.

Bake the dish in a microwave oven - uncovered for the first 5 minutes at full power, then put the lid on and bake another 15 minutes.
