  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • basil - 5 - 6 leaves
  • spring onions - 2 stalks
  • fresh garlic - 1 stalk
  • spices - by taste

How to make

Boil the potatoes and steam the zucchini until they're cooked.

The cooked vegetables are mashed, the spices are added, which are grinded in a blender.

Season with olive oil and vinegar. It tastes better with apple cider vinegar - I make my own vinegar. Add as much salt and pepper as you like.

It is consumed as an appetizer, side dish or sandwiches can be prepared with it.
