How to make
The potatoes are boiled and peeled. The carrots are also cleaned and stewed.
The potatoes are mashed and seasoned according to your taste with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
Distribute them into 3 bowls and into equal parts. The first remains the same, in the second one add the stewed and mashed carrots and mix well. In the third, add the chopped onion and parsley.
Place polyethylene foil in a cake tin and start to arrange the puree mixtures - first the potato, then the carrot and the onion at the end.
The sequence can be reversed. Put it in the fridge for about 1 hour and then turn the tin over, remove the foil and enjoy!
The colorful vegetable puree is ready.
